REFUNDS & RETURNS


Our products are finished to the highest standard, using only the finest 100% Mulberry silk, at an exceptional 22 momme. We are honoured that you place your trust in us to provide soothing, health-enhancing benefits to you and your loved ones, and we never compromise on the quality or effectiveness of our products.

In the highly unlikely event that you don’t find your mimo purchase utterly gorgeous, we have a 14 day return policy (you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That is, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

Exchanged items will be dispatched on a free delivery service, delivery can take up to 7 working days from your return being processed. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. These are usually processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item back, but please allow a further 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account. For international returns please declare the parcel as a ‘return’ to avoid any customs charges.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
